Congratulations to two Glenalmond pupils whose talent has been recognised in a Perthshire Art Competition.
Kim P won the top prize in her age category and Johanna K was awarded the runner-up prize in her age category of the award run by the Rotary Club of Perth Kinnoull.
The judging was carried out by members of the Perthshire Art Association and the winners and runners-up have had their works professionally mounted and are now on show at the Perthshire Art Association's annual exhibition in the Fergusson Gallery in Perth. This runs from the 12th November to the 12th December.
Our pupils are pictured here during a prizegiving at the Fergusson Gallery, when they were accompanied by our Head of Art, Mr Keir Downey and our Art teacher, Mr Christopher Moss.
Congratulations and well done to Kim and Johanna whose work was up against a robust entry of 106 pieces of work from local schools.
The judges commended the "high level of skill and imagination" exhibited.
