2024 GCSE Results at Glenalmond

Congratulations to all pupils who sat their GCSE and iGCSE examinations! Glenalmond is delighted to report that over 90% of all grades achieved at GCSE level were C/4 or above.

This surpasses the achievement in 2019 and pays a huge testament to the hard work of our pupils and staff. Pupils studying Music, Greek, Chemistry, Russian, Arabic and German all returned top grades of A*-A/9-7. There were also 100% pass rates in Spanish, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Music, Art, and Latin, highlighting the achievement of Glenalmond pupils across all academic disciplines.

There were 438 entries for GCSE and iGCSE examinations.

I am proud of them and hope they feel that their results are a fair reflection of their hard work and academic commitment. I am also grateful to their teachers for their support, guidance and dedication. However, it’s also important to remember that exam results, while important, do not define us and that success in life also relies on character, attitude and mindset.’
