Announcement Events

Glenalmond College is holding an Outdoor Fun Morning for 11 and 12 year olds on Saturday, June 26th, as part of our Open Week activities.

The event, aimed at children who are interested in finding out more about what life is like here at Glenalmond, will include a range of fun activities - from an orienteering treasure hunt and outdoor art to Hogwarts Hoots, a squirrel safari, and a visit to our Eco Garden.

Our morning of fun outdoors will start at 9.30am at our Front Arch and, subject to COVID-safety, parents are welcome to enjoy a coffee and take a tour of Glenalmond while children head off up Front Slope to our Cricket Pavillion (pictured below) which will be our base for the morning's activities.

During the morning they will also learn something about Glenalmond's wonderful array of wildlife (from Red Squirrels and deer to otters to owlets) during our Hogwarts Hoots, led by Mrs Roberts who is our Eco Group coordinator.

Our young visitors will also be treated to some fun activities and sports, led by Mr Wilkinson and Miss Cave, and there might even be some prizes for remembering some key facts about our famous Quad.

Children aged 11 and 12 who would like to learn more about what life is like at Glenalmond are very welcome to join us, free of charge, for this morning of fun.
